“CCTSS-汉学家译者及机构名录”第一期项目申报办法

　　中国文化译研网(CCTSS)是海内外汉学家、译者、出版机构聚集的综合性文化翻译研究与传播平台，为加强CCTSS与海外汉学家、译者和出版机构的合作，形成完善的汉学家、译者和出版机构名册，为中华文化的传播提供坚实的数据保障，CCTSS将对11种语言，63个国家的汉学家、译者和出版机构进行调研，启动“CCTSS-汉学家译者及机构名录”第一期项目。

　　一、 项目申报内容

　　针对德语、法语、匈牙利语、捷克语、泰语、蒙古语、西班牙语、葡萄牙语、僧伽罗语、尼泊尔语和俄语11种语言，分别在西欧和北欧、东盟十国及蒙古国、南亚五国、西葡语地区、东欧十六国和俄语区国家开展调研活动，完善相应语言区域的汉学家、译者和出版机构资料，形成目标语言区域国家的汉学家、译者和机构名册。

　　二、项目申报要求

　　1.申报人应为对目标语言区域国家汉学家、译者和本国出版机构较为熟悉的人员或专门机构。

　　2.能够客观而全面地搜集和整理出本国汉学家、译者和出版机构的规定信息。

　　3.能在项目实施周期内完成全部调研任务并提交调研报告。

　　三、项目申报主体

　　国内或目标区域语言国有实力、有意愿开展汉学家、译者和机构调研的个人或专门机构。

　　四、项目申报程序

　　1.按照申报指南填写项目申报书。

　　2.中国文化对外翻译与传播研究中心组织专家进行评审，确定最终项目承担的机构或个人。

　　3.经审查符合条件的，签订协议书，明确双方的职责、权利、义务和有关经费、报酬及成果完成阶段。

　　4.在中国文化译研网及相关媒体予以公示一周，公示无异议后进入正式的项目实施阶段。

　　五、项目实施周期

　　“CCTSS-汉学家译者及机构名录”第一期项目计划实施周期为签订协议之日起三个月内。

Measures for Applying for the Phase-I Project of “CCTSS Catalogue of Sinologists, Translators and Institutions”

　　CCTSS, as a comprehensive platform for culture translation studies and communication that pools together Chinese and foreign sinologists, translators, and publishers, will conduct research targeting sinologists, translators and publishers from 63 countries speaking 11 languages and launch the first phase of the “CCTSS Catalogue of Sinologists, translators and institutions”. This project aims to strengthen the CCTSS’ cooperation with overseas sinologists, translators, and publishers, formulate a complete catalogue of sinologists, translators, and publishers and put in place database to support the communication of Chinese culture.

　　I. Project objectives

　　This project covers 11 languages including German, French, Hungarian, Czech, Thai, Mongolian, Spanish, Portuguese, Sinhalese, Nepali, and Russian and will conduct surveys in Western Europe, Northern Europe, ten ASEAN countries, Mongolia and fiver South Asian countries, Spanish-and Portuguese-speaking countries, 16 countries in Eastern Europe and Russian-speaking countries, for the purpose of updating the information of sinologists, translators, and publishers with expertise in corresponding languages and from relevant regions and formulating a catalogue.

　　II. Requirements for application

　　1. Applicants shall be persons or specialized institutions familiar with sinologists, translators and local publishers in the target regions and with expertise in target languages.

　　2. Applicants shall be capable of collecting and filing the prescribed information of sinologists, translators and publishers in an objective and comprehensive manner.

　　3. Applicants shall be able to complete all the research tasks and submit research reports within the project implementation period.

　　III. Project applicant qualification

　　Individuals or specialized institutions in China or the target regions that have the capacity and willingness to carry out research on sinologists, translators and institutions.

　　IV. Project application procedures

　　1. Fill in the project application form as instructed by the application guide.

　　2. Select the individual or institution that undertakes the project through review and evaluation conducted by a panel of experts organized by the Chinese Culture Communication and Translation Center.

　　3. Sign the agreement with the qualified applicants upon examination to clarify the responsibilities, rights, obligations of both parties and relevant funds, remuneration and deadline for accomplishing the research.

　　4. Enter the formal project implementation stage if there is no dissent after one week of notice-filing in CCTSS and related media.

　　V. Project implementation period

　　The implementation period of the first phase of the “CCTSS Catalogue of Sinologists, translators and institutions” is within three months from the date of signing the agreement.
